Like the fact you can call for an "call appointment and then if they need to see you give you time appotment rather than an open surgary system. Received excleent care from Dr Maycock and midwive Esther while I was pregnant.

If you really need an urgent appointment following an initial telephone appointment you normally get one withing 24 hrs. Doctor always has time to listen even if they are running late.
